Memories of Hämeensilta
The legendary Hämeenkatu 13 and its seventh floor hold a memory for nearly every Tampere resident. For over 60 years the best-known occupant of the old bank building was Ravintola Hämeensilta. On the iconic seventh floor people have celebrated, fallen in love, set the world right and lived the full spectrum of life.
Now we want to open the history books and hear your own story of the seventh floor. Share your memory with us and enter a prize draw at the same time. We will draw three dinners for two among those who respond. The draw takes place on 8 March 2026.
